Advanced Development

(U11-U12)

What is the TUFC Advanced Development Program?

This program is tailored to offer young athletes aged 10-12 the chance to enhance their foundational sports and movement skills in a welcoming, fun, and safe environment. The age group is segmented into smaller player pods, organized by the coaching team to ensure suitable competition levels tailored to each player’s developmental requirements.

This setup aims to strengthen player-coach relationships, increase time with the ball, and present challenges to each player. At this stage, players can engage in problem-solving activities in pairs or small groups, focusing on collaborative efforts to achieve success.

When Do Players Train/Play?

Those involved in this program will train two or three times a week and partake in weekly league games or exhibition matches against other clubs during the outdoor season.

Who Is The Program For?

The Advanced Development Program is ideal for players aged 10-12 seeking to dedicate time to enhancing their skills through structured training and game activities. Players within this age range are encouraged to join, provided they can commit to the specified schedule and if the environment aligns with their developmental stage. Participants will be grouped according to their skill level for both training sessions and games within the program.
